Dynamite Idea Supports NSPCC's 2007 ‘Be the FULL STOP' Campaign
Following positive feedback from their clients for their backing of the 2006 NSPCC ‘Be the FULL STOP' campaign, e-gaming developer Dynamite Idea have put their name on the ‘Be the FULL STOP' site map for 2007.
“Last Christmas we decided to break with tradition and donate the money we'd normally spend on c alendars, gifts and greeting cards to the NSPCC's initiative to end child cruelty,” said Dynamite Idea's CEO Simon Caddy. “Our thinking was that our clients would prefer to know that something worthwhile was being done on their behalf for a genuinely good cause instead of getting yet another impersonal corporate gift or card. The response was so encouraging that we're doing it again this year, and we've decided to make it an annual event. ”
“This year the NSPCC has extended the ‘Be the FULL STOP' map so that people can not only register their support but also get the chance to help in other ways,” said Dynamite Idea's creative director Jo Mills. “There are so many different ways that people can support the campaign to end child cruelty, from making the internet safer for children to recognising the signs of abuse.”
With almost 5,000 child cruelty crimes reported in 2006 alone, the ‘Be the FULL STOP' 2007 campaign aims to motivate people to take urgent action to help end child abuse. “So far over 28,000 thousand supporters have put their names to the cause by making donations and raising public awareness,” said Dynamite Idea's sales director Andy Stubley. “We're really pleased that we've been able to get involved.”
